Welcome to Create Media Studio Pte. Ltd. These Terms and Service govern your use of our website, studio, production services, and all related offerings. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Service.

Client refers to individuals or organisations engaging our services.
Services include studio rental, video production, photography, editing, creative direction, drone operations, and other services listed on our website, including: Advertisement and Commercial Content, A.I. Videos, Cinematic Videos, Drone Aerial Visuals, Corporate Interviews, and Studio 145 Rental.
Content refers to media delivered by the Company including photos, videos, audio files, and creative assets.
3. Jurisdiction and Service Coverage
The Company operates within Singapore and provides services primarily to Clients located in Singapore. Overseas engagements are considered on a case by case basis and must be confirmed in writing.
All work performed by the Company follows Singapore laws and regulations.
4. Use of Website
The content on our website is for general information and may be updated without notice. You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its functionality.
5. Booking and Payments
Bookings for our services, including Advertisement and Commercial Content, A.I. Videos, Cinematic Videos, Drone Aerial Visuals, Corporate Interviews, and Studio 145 Rental, are subject to availability.
A non refundable deposit may be required to confirm a booking. Full payment must be made before final content is delivered unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may delay work or pause service delivery.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation terms depend on the type of service booked. Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur administrative charges.
7. Studio Usage
Clients using our Studio 145 rental space must follow all house rules and care for equipment, props, furniture, and facilities. You are responsible for any damage caused during your booking. Overtime charges apply if the booking exceeds the scheduled period.
8. Equipment and Props
All equipment and props must be used responsibly. Any loss, damage, or misuse will result in repair or replacement charges.
9. Intellectual Property
Content produced by the Company remains the intellectual property of Create Media Studio Pte. Ltd. unless stated otherwise in writing. Usage rights are based on the agreed scope. Raw files are not included unless purchased separately or agreed in a contract.
10. Client Provided Materials
Clients must ensure that materials they provide such as music, artwork, or scripts do not infringe on copyright or intellectual property laws. The Company is not responsible for consequences arising from third party materials provided by the Client.
11. Drone Operations
Drone filming is provided through our licensed drone team as described on our Drone Aerial Visuals service page. All flights comply with CAAS regulations and are subject to weather and location restrictions. The Company reserves the right to decline unsafe or prohibited flights.
12. Confidentiality
Both the Client and the Company agree to maintain confidentiality of all project information unless disclosure is required by law or authorised by either party.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Company will take reasonable steps to deliver quality work. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors, indirect or consequential damages, or technical issues despite reasonable measures. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.
14. Indemnity
Clients agree to indemnify the Company from any claims or losses arising from misuse of the studio, equipment, materials, or violations of these terms.
15. Data Collection and Privacy
By using our website and services, you consent to information collection in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
16. Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience and improve performance. Cookies used include essential, performance, functionality, and analytics cookies. Disabling cookies in your browser may affect certain features.
17. Use of Google Analytics
Google Analytics is used to track website traffic and visitor behaviour. Data collected includes page views, time spent, device type, browser type, and general geographic location. - Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore for drone operations
- Fire safety and building usage regulations
Any illegal or non compliant activity will result in immediate termination of service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
