1. Publishing Principles
We publish a variety of content including client work, our own social media content, educational articles, blog posts, and behind the scenes materials. Our publishing approach follows the principles below:
- Accuracy and responsible fact checking
- Respect for client brand guidelines during production and publication
- Avoidance of harmful, unlawful, or unsafe content
We reserve the right to decline projects or content requests that conflict with Singapore law or our core values.
2. Ownership and Funding Information
Create Media Studio Pte. Ltd. is a privately owned Singapore company. The business is fully self funded and operates through revenue from client projects. We do not have external investors and do not receive grants at this time.
We accept paid sponsorships, advertorial work, and affiliate linked content. Any paid or sponsored content will be clearly labelled to ensure transparency for our audience and clients.
3. Actionable Feedback Policy
Clients and viewers may submit feedback by emailing us at: hello@createmediastudio.com.sg.
We aim to respond within 3 to 5 working days. For client projects, revision rounds are provided based on the project type and are stated during project onboarding. Feedback should be clear, consolidated, and provided by the appointed person in charge for the project.
4. Corrections Policy
For public facing content, we will correct factual errors or misleading information within 3 working days whenever reasonably possible. If a correction is made, we may include a short note indicating the update.
For client projects, corrections outside the agreed revision rounds are considered additional work and are billable. Technical mistakes by the Company will be corrected at no additional cost.
5. Ethics Policy
Create Media Studio will not accept projects involving illegal activities, hate content, or explicit adult content. All production activities follow Singapore regulations for safety, advertising, and content creation.
We do not produce deceptive content, including deepfakes that misrepresent individuals without consent or misleading editing that intentionally alters product performance or claims.
We may use A.I. tools when it benefits production quality or efficiency. When A.I. significantly affects the production method or deliverables, clients will be informed before work begins.
6. Diversity Policy
We are committed to fair and inclusive practices when working with freelancers and selecting on screen talent. Decisions are made based on skills, professionalism, and project suitability, without discrimination in the areas of race, religion, gender, age, disability, marital status, nationality, or background.
We strive to maintain a respectful and inclusive working environment that considers cultural and individual needs wherever possible.
7. Diversity Staffing Report
We collaborate with a diverse pool of freelancers across various age groups, backgrounds, and skill sets. Diversity is monitored informally, and we do not conduct formal demographic tracking.
We will periodically review staffing and freelance collaboration practices to ensure a fair and inclusive working environment for all project contributors.
